Hi, I am interested in property in Costa Rica, but not necassarily with a house on it. If there is a house I am not looking for a large one, nor does it have to be on cleared land. I would like it to be farmable for fruit trees and gardens for growing food as well. I am not interested in luxury, just a place to be able to farm the land with what I mentioned. I also would like it to be somewhere that I can get to a road to get to a neighboring town, and I am not the kind of person looking for luxury such as fancy anything, just a nature person that would be happy building a tree house with a beach view. Handyman specials are good, and also small cabin/cottage, type house is ok too. I only need a small piece of property unless there is something listed for even 5 acres not built on but can have electric put in in the future. Yes... I was very interested in learning more about prices of property in C.R. But after doing more research I became very disillusioned. The prices of housing seems very expensive, only for the very wealthy. All of the information I had read seems to be very disleading.
I was very disappointed.
